Property Pathfinder were instructed to act as the project managers to fully refurbish and restore this historic Grade II* Listed property to allow it to be used as a comfortable family home fit for the 21st Century.

In addition to the initial phase of works on the main house we worked with the client to acquire the adjacent former Coach House and to renovate this to provide ancillary accommodation.

The final phase of works involved the construction of a new garage building alongside the main driveway, a swimming pool in the gardens, and landscaping works the grounds.

This project was carried out with a minimal team of consultants working extremely closely with the main contractor, client, and conservation officer. The finished product is a top class family home occupying a commanding position overlooking the Stroud valleys.

A particular highlight of this project was to be able to work along side one of the country's most experienced site managers who provided invaluable input throughout all phases of the project.
