Tim Lawson MRICS

Tim started his professional career in rural estate management and has held senior positions with some of the country's leading estate agents and was a partner of Knight Frank. It was a natural progression for him to start Property Pathfinder in 2000 using the breadth of his professional experience. Tim now concentrates on providing selling advice to owners of top end country houses, project managing building, renovation and alteration works ranging from minor repairs, constructing bespoke swimming pools and total renovation of large country houses. He is also developing a new sector of the business which involves setting up sales and marketing procedures for developers of large individual chalets in the French Alps.
